This was all very easy and stress free. From going online and speaking to staff, very nice process and it made everything that much easier. Had a really nice chap called Johnny help me. He was good and very clear at explaining the process and dealing with any questions I had. Really nice guy.

From phoning them to enquire to booking and then changing location of our storage, all of the members of staff on the phone were flawless. They made it easy to decide on what storage we'd need and reassured us that if we felt we needed different storage when we arrived, it would be no problem to change. Then only thing I'd change is the persistent phone calls when just enquiring. Only one phone would suffice.

Everyone was very helpful with the whole process. Naz completed our check in and showed us around. She was very helpful and friendly.

Alex & Jonny we’re both ver helpful in answering my queries about costs

Having to pay for the padlock was a bit of a surprise however Alex did absolutely everything he could and then some to make sure I knew all of the costs and how to move my things and access the building outside of office hours.

Excellent service on the phone and in person.

Ian who checked us in was so wonderful, made us all cups of teas and was so helpful!!! Showed us the storage room first and made the process very smooth thank you!
