Alex & Jonny we’re both ver helpful in answering my queries about costs

Having to pay for the padlock was a bit of a surprise however Alex did absolutely everything he could and then some to make sure I knew all of the costs and how to move my things and access the building outside of office hours.

Ian who checked us in was so wonderful, made us all cups of teas and was so helpful!!! Showed us the storage room first and made the process very smooth thank you!

Alex at the store was very helpful and showed us a couple of rooms to ensure we got the right size

It was handled very well - I was called by Alex, who works at the Guildford site which is greatly appreciated (rather than speaking to a call centre). He was knowledgeable and friendly and the process was very easy.

I was helped by two guys on the desk on the 22nd of January just after 9am. I forgot their names but can I add how great these two were at helping me and other people in the reception area. These two guys are examples of what customer service should really be like. 10/10
