Customer reviews for Guildford Slyfield Self Storage

Very clear and simple to understand. I was explained everything very well.

In this difficult and testing time due to Covid 19 and my own difficult situation ,my experience with Johnie and Ian on the phone was first rate, sympathetic, helpful and understanding. I had to change dates 3 times due to Government guidelines and room size once. This was all handled efficiently, quickly and most wonderfully of all with friendliness and good humour. On my check in day I was greeted by Nina and she again was first rate. Clear, efficient, helpful, well presented with excellent manners and friendly disposition. I also got to meet Johnnie who was just as good as he had been on the phone. The team made a difficult day for me so easy. I wish all companies were run by people like these!

Very well managed by Alex. Friendly, efficient and to the point. Nothing a problem for him to handle.

Really efficient and helpful. Didn’t need anything explaining.

It was handled very well, and professionally. I wasn't hounded or pressured, the whole process was very easy and stress-free.

Excellent. Very friendly and helpful

Very well defined and thorough

Fantastic!!! Johnny from Guidlford have amazing advice and put me in touch with a removal man too - who was delightful! Very professional and pleasant people.

Initially spoke with Kelly at Guildford Central who was very professional, friendly and helpful, I was looking forward to meeting her when booking in on site. However was inadvertently taken to Guildford Slyfield, where Alex, Ian and Naz greeted me warmly and professionally, kindly sorting out my computer file transfer over to Slyfield, happily hosting me with proper cup of hot coffee and showing me "how it all works". The entire check-in experience was made very pleasant collectively by Kelly, Naz, Alex and Ian, cheers Emma
