Customer reviews for Guildford Slyfield Self Storage

Naz was brilliant

Sweet as a nut

my initial enquiry was handled very well! I had never used a storage company before and I was was delighted to find how helpful, professional and courteous the operator was. I would highly recommend Big Yellow Storage to my family and friends.

I think Naz handled my initial inquiry very well, she got to understand what I needed and explained the service in a way that was easy to understand.

My designed assistant Naz was very friendly and she explained all the details of the contract and how to access the storage. Thank you

We found a good deal somewhere else so they matched it plus got bigger storage space

I dealt with 3 different people ALL of whom couldn't have been more helpful and explained clearly the process from beginning to end.

It was very clearly explained and the process went super quickly.

Initial enquiry was over the phone and Johnny ran through all the options and potential space. Found it very easy to discuss what I needed. Nothing phased him - was good to have that calm voice on the end of the phone when you think you may have left it too late and your belongings could end up on the street!!

Alex provided us with a quote on the space and then Ian helped us with the details to set up our account and show us our storage space. Both extremely helpful staff and very friendly - at the Slyfield center.
