the store team were fantastic, they treated me very well, had everything organised upfront, and reminded me to pop in before closing time to sign the docs they had prepared, as I was rushed off my feet with multiple moves and drops with the van we had for the day. When we did arrive, they gave us a cup of coffee and did things very professionally. Great service from guys as Big Yellow, have already recommended them to my friends and family, thanks Paolo

I received a quote a few hours after the enquiry and the following day I was contacted to receive further advice on the most suitable size of storage unit and two contact numbers to get help with removal and transport.
