We have just had a death in the family and needed somewhere to store before trying to sell items, went down to the Big Yellow Box and found the staff very helpfull

I was impressed from the start with Greg and his team at the Guildford store. He was very helpful and made plenty of good suggestions regarding my various moving/storage challenges. Because of that, I found it quite straight forward and friendly to negotiate a deal with him. Overall I have been very pleased with the facilities, in particular the re-assuring security features. I've never had any problems accessing my two units and would recommend Big Yellow to anyone seeking a no-nonsense, straight forward, reliable and secure self storage solution.

The staff at the Guildford storage unit where extremely helpful from intitial enquiry, through to booking and usage. Every thing was explained and understanding ensured. Absolutely no issues, not even a little gripe!
