I found the advice I received over the phone helpful as I had not used a storage company before, however the unit size that was recommended to me was not big enough to fit my items so I upgraded to a slightly bigger one, that process went ok and the staff were professional and courteous.

Very Easy - booked online originally. A few days before I recieved a phonecall to confirm for one of the store team who moved the booking a day earlier for me without any issues. Move in on the day was explained really easily - Ewa was super helpful - and due to my removals company arriving late Sam was incredibly helpful in updating my account to anytime access despite the store being about to close. Both were an absolute credit to the business!
