Very good service. Didn’t know what to expect for a storage company. First time used one. However, big yellow team/ facilities and online service were very impressive. Have already recommended to various friends/ family.

Very smooth and painless. My only suggested improvement is to make it more clear that payment is made upfront with the direct debit only being needed for the automated renewal.
