All good. Made nice and easy. Never used Big Yellow before. So far so good.

I only moved in yesterday. It was all going well until I had to sign the contract 13 times. I have been twice and both times the entrance is dominated by big vans who dominate all the entrance space and trolleys. I am hoping that it wont be like this all the time.

First on the phone a very able CST dealt well with my As, have me an improved offer and moved me along briskly to a booking. The person I dealt with at the reception, Ms Adeoson, was helpful, friendly and efficient, ensuring at every stage that I understood what was happening, what I could and couldn't do etc.

the confirmation process was quite lengthy but the person I dealt with (Alison) was brilliant throughout

One of the main reasons I chose Big yellow was mainly due to the customer service and the team at the Ilford branch, especially Lisa. She was very professional and had an answer for everyone of my concerns. Without her persuasive and caring nature I don't think I would have signed up that day.

I was called fairly quickly after I checked the website. Ross was friendly, professional and efficient. He gave me all the information I needed to make a decision quickly. Ross also gave me a good price which was appreciated.
