The initial experience was great and I felt looked after during the check-in process, however the problems started with an after care. Upon returning home I’ve noticed that I was overcharged for the unit (I’ve checked with one price online, but the the payment I’ve made in store was much higher) also they have charged me for a dust sheet which I’ve never purchased nor received. I have received an apology for a mistake, but no response to my request to send me an amended invoice or credit back the money overcharged as of yet. Apart from the issues mentioned above, the storage is at good value and staff was nice and accomodating.

I started online...then received a call from Massega one of your reps...after dealing with my questions on the phone I decided to go to your facility in Kennington Lane and seal the deal....It was a pleasure to deal with people who had the experience and patience to deal with me...many thanks

I came in store in Kennington at very short notice . Anthony was great. He was chatty but efficient , and put me at ease as I was being thrown out of my flat at short notice because of corona virus and worrying about moving and getting my stuff put somewhere safe . I was very happy you were still open to help at such at Crazy time. Thanks .

It’s been brilliant - no oversell and so polite despite all the issues at the moment with COVID-19. The guy who helped in store was so friendly and helpful too!

Everything was going so smoothly. I paid up and signed everything on Friday, ahead of our move in on Sunday. I was promised my contract and receipt would be emailed to me and despite me chasing up twice, I still have not received this!
