perfect handling, moving managed remotely with help of a moving company and everything went perfect

I came in store in Kennington at very short notice . Anthony was great. He was chatty but efficient , and put me at ease as I was being thrown out of my flat at short notice because of corona virus and worrying about moving and getting my stuff put somewhere safe . I was very happy you were still open to help at such at Crazy time. Thanks .

It was good

It was really easy from the reservation to going in on the day and setting up.

It’s been brilliant - no oversell and so polite despite all the issues at the moment with COVID-19. The guy who helped in store was so friendly and helpful too!

Anthony was very helpful and cheerful, which make it much easier given the current situation. Is good to see positive and helpful working during these times.

Everything was going so smoothly. I paid up and signed everything on Friday, ahead of our move in on Sunday. I was promised my contract and receipt would be emailed to me and despite me chasing up twice, I still have not received this!

Great service

Even when I reserved my storage I was already impressed as only a few minutes after I got a confirmation call and a guy on the phone explained how the big yellow works. Checking in was quick and prompt, thanks to Antony, who was very helpful and gave us clear instructions.

Anthony was great, made all the options easy to understand. All concerns were dealt with easily.
