The initial experience was great and I felt looked after during the check-in process, however the problems started with an after care. Upon returning home I’ve noticed that I was overcharged for the unit (I’ve checked with one price online, but the the payment I’ve made in store was much higher) also they have charged me for a dust sheet which I’ve never purchased nor received. I have received an apology for a mistake, but no response to my request to send me an amended invoice or credit back the money overcharged as of yet. Apart from the issues mentioned above, the storage is at good value and staff was nice and accomodating.
