Andrea (I hope I spelled his name right) is incredibly helpful when I came to signed the contract. He’s really patient when I asked to see if possible to change room and explained to me how everything works in the facility. It took us a while to complete the registration due to the slow computer system but we managed to get everything done within time. I would definitely come back and use the service if I ever need it again! :-)
