Every question I had was answered clearly and the staff was willing to guide me through and explain the process of storing my things. The whole process from booking to actual storing was very smooth and I appreciate the service.

the front desk guy who booked us was very sweet and kind and i felt at ease despite a stressful weekend of moving. my only issue really is the cost, it seems pretty expensive, even with the 50% initial discount. but oh well, that's the way it is.

I called Big Yellow, after calling a few other competitors and afterward, I didn't have to call any other company. I later went to visit the Kennington branch where we were greeted by Anthony. I was blown away by how friendly and informative he was. His explanation was very clear and he gave us a tour of the storage facility and offered us water on a very hot day. I went with my mother, who was not very strong in English. Anthony was able to explain everything in Chinese to her in a very professional manner. We were so impressed, we made a booking immediately.
All very simple Anthony and the others were friendly and flexible, making a stressful move much less difficult.
Anthony was absolutely amazing. Made it do easy to set myself up and have me all the information I needed to access the storage unit. Fantastic customer service. Very personable and remembered my name when I revisited two weeks later!

Overall was a very good experience especially thanks to Anthony who was extremely kind and helpful, literally made the process effortless thanks to him and my perception of Big Yellow as a company has hugely increased for his great customer skills. I would definitely recommend Big Yellow and I would inquire any friend to work directly with Anthony.
