Andrea (I hope I spelled his name right) is incredibly helpful when I came to signed the contract. He’s really patient when I asked to see if possible to change room and explained to me how everything works in the facility. It took us a while to complete the registration due to the slow computer system but we managed to get everything done within time. I would definitely come back and use the service if I ever need it again! :-)

Kim who I liaised with initially was very helpful and provided a very reasonable quote for our needs. On move-in day, I was looked after by Carly who was equally helpful and friendly.

Bradley handled the process really well, calling me up before the move, providing all relevant information and checking whether I was prepared well. Also on the day of move his assistance was valuable and made the process very easy.

I made my booking online. The next day a Big yellow team member, Bradley, followed up with a phone call in which, he welcomed me and thanked me for the booking, he explained details to successfully finalised my booking,gave me the store opening hours, and he also offered his assistance for any further queries or doubts I made have had. Bradley was very helpful and courteous.

Checking in was very smooth but there was a lot of paperwork to fill out. I wish some of it could be done prior to check in.

My initial enquiry was dealt with very promptly and efficiently. Lacey made the whole process easy, and on my move in day natalie, went through all the procedures and explained everything so that I understood perfectly
