This was my first time using self storage, moving house from Scotland to London. I was amazed at just how easy Big Yellow made the process at every stage.

Everything was explained clearly and politely, with all of my queries responded to professionally and patiently. Kind staff who were very happy to help.

I was very happy with the service that I got, especially that Karen rushed me through at the last moment as I really needed somewhere to store my stuff. Prior to arriving at Big Yellow I phoned the staff and they were helpful about how best to proceed. However, the storage size suggested to me was much too large for the number of items I had, making the cost of my storage more expensive than it had to be.

Very helpful staff. Everything explained well.

It was quick and easy process to complete. A little confusing about some of the charges but overall staff seemed friendly and welcoming.

Good customer service - all questions were answered quickly and the storage space is well organised and clean.
