It does seem quite a lot of fuss to organise though. A bit like how it always amazes me at how hard it is to rent a video. Even the number of questions in this survey is evidence that it is too hard.

Overall I would say that the customer service I received from Jimmy and Michael at Big Yellow Kennington was outstanding. They really epitomised what I deem to be excellent customer service; friendly, helpful, knowledgable and polite. I had enquired with another storage company before Big Yellow, and was put off by the manner in which I was dealt with, so it was nice to find somewhere that treated their customers so well. The process was simple and I have no concerns about my business storage being in your facility, very happy to be using your services.

Check-in was easy, the facility was clean - perfect!
