Everything was ready for me when I arrived. Guy that checked me in was really helpful and friendly. Only down side was that it took quite a long time to get everything done, even though I'd started the check in process on line.
My housemates and I are really impressed with this Big yellow. The staff are really great and are so helpful. They really do try and help as much as possible. The place is really clean and tidy and everything is explained so well - I was recomended this by a friend and she was recomended by another. So I am sure I will be recomending you guys too!
Efficient and easy to use way to store goods. Price is right when on special, not sure I would be so happy at full price. But otherwise brilliant option.
At the end of what must have been a busy day for Paul at Kennington, when we arrived we queued behind a group of fifteen people, we were given an excellent service. Sure the offer at Big Yellow was explained well with consideration of our individual needs given and the process of booking in was handled professionally, what stood out for me was the attention to detail and calm attitude. Moving your belongings anywhere is stressful, getting a safe place at Big Yellow Kennington was the easy part!
I used this storage because it was convienient to my location. i feel that more trolleys should be provided.
The opening time is really inconvenient for me, only to 6 pm. I was traveling, so when I got back to London, normally over 6 pm...and I couldn't take or put my stuff there. In my opinion, the storage should be opened 24/7, or at least be opened until midnight.
Staff very direct and not very customer foscussed when booking a space.

The staff at the Kennington branch were fantastic. They were short staffed as two had called in sick at short notice and the shift manager was really up against it given it was the busiest day of the week. However, she was cheerful, helpful and apologetic, all of what turned a potentially nightmarish experience (15 minute wait) into a good one.
Pleasant staff @ Kennington branch. Nice humour too.
