Overall I would say that the customer service I received from Jimmy and Michael at Big Yellow Kennington was outstanding. They really epitomised what I deem to be excellent customer service; friendly, helpful, knowledgable and polite. I had enquired with another storage company before Big Yellow, and was put off by the manner in which I was dealt with, so it was nice to find somewhere that treated their customers so well. The process was simple and I have no concerns about my business storage being in your facility, very happy to be using your services.

Check-in was easy, the facility was clean - perfect!

Everything was ready for me when I arrived. Guy that checked me in was really helpful and friendly. Only down side was that it took quite a long time to get everything done, even though I'd started the check in process on line.

My housemates and I are really impressed with this Big yellow. The staff are really great and are so helpful. They really do try and help as much as possible. The place is really clean and tidy and everything is explained so well - I was recomended this by a friend and she was recomended by another. So I am sure I will be recomending you guys too!

Efficient and easy to use way to store goods. Price is right when on special, not sure I would be so happy at full price. But otherwise brilliant option.
