Storage cabins nice and clean, well lit and great security.

I was so impressed with Big Yellow it honestly made what is usually very stressful, easy. The staff made a big difference.

I really liked the atittude of the member of staff and theiy were very helpfull.

Used the 50% off promotion and was very happy with the service and the staff. They explained everything to us before we signed and were flexible when we needed to change the duration and size of our storage with no extra charges added even though it meant they would be getting less money of us. One thoroughly satisfied customer!

the only bad thing is over the weekend there is often queue in the office.

I was unsure if putting my items in storage was going to be the right option for me, but as soon as I called the Big Yellow store in Kennington with my questions, my doubts were immediately assuaged. The staff were so friendly, so helpful, and so willing to go through every little detail with me on the phone, I was instantly convinced. Any subsequent time I've had to contact the Big Yellow staff, they've always been extremely helpful. The store itself is bright and clean, and I honestly think I've probably had better customer service there than anywhere else in London.

Brilliant service. I came to London from Scotland. I had a traffic accident on the way which delayed my arrival to the store in London beyond my allowed Out OF Office Hours. I was accomodated on an emergency basis when I arrived and stored my stuff safely that night.

When i signed for the stroage space the gentlemen that serverd us was very well informed about jhis job polite. HE even gave me excess to the premisses that evening so i could go and collect the stuff to bring back. Would most def use again the staff are great there very helpful

I had a great experience with bringing and setting up my things in storage. The information was explained ina a quick but easy to understand approach. Very positive staff member helped me set up my storage unit and complete the paperwork.

The staff have been nothing but briliant - helpful, accomodating and courteous.
