The store manager Edwin was really helpful and honestly friendly.

The receptionist 'johnny' was very helpful and made the experience as swift and simple as possible. I was in and out by 20 mins and had all my questions answered. Very satisfied customer.

Excellent customer service from Edwin

As you know house moving is a stressful process and we weren't quite sure which self-storage to go for. We decided to visit Big yellow. During our 1st visit, we had to wait for around 45 due to one of the annoying customer asking all sort of questions under the sun and Edwin was the only staff available at the moment ( I felt place had a lack of staff ). However, Edwin was quite patient with the customer and requested us to wait and even when it was about to be 6.pm he explained us everything in details and showed us the place around and book the block then and there and he sent us the details via email. In our next visit when we had to unload the stuff and sign documents and purchase the padlock we met Rebecca who was the only staff and looked like she had a stressful day. But regardless of which she welcomes us with a great smile and help us with the documentation quickly. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely have recommended this place to others. Rebecca and Edwin no doubt an excellent, hardworking and friendly staff with great customer skills. I would definitely say they’re an asset to the organization Regards Prash

The staff are very helpful, give as much information as necessary. I was desperate for storage I emailed yellow storage at night the following morning was able to shift my things in the storage.
