The customer service that was given by Rebecca in Luton. Both my sisters were happy with the overall care and attention given. We were shown and given advise of the size of storage.

Helpful, friendly staff. He was happy and have me all the information I required. I would have given a higher score but as there was only one person working there we were left waiting for 20 minutes outside whilst the member of staff was dealing with an accident in one of the corridors. I think two people working there would have solved that.
Good service and facilities - yet appears to be expensive. May well change supplier further down the line if the cost becomes too high.
Johnnie and Edwin were both pleasant to deal with. In particular Johnnie, who was exceptionally helpful on the day that we moved our goods into the unit.
