Easy and straightforward to arrange, clean and secure and felt my items would be safe there. The only negative is that I didn't want insurance as the items I've stored have no real value but I was told it was compulsory. Perhaps offering a lower value on insurance would be better.

If all of your representatives are as professional and helpful as Johnny was at your Luton store. He listened to what I needed and took me around the depot to locate one that would give me easy access, as I am registered disabled. This is why i gave a good score.

The boxes are very practical. Lift is huge and can carry up to 2 tons.
