From first contact on the internet chat, through arrival, booking in, storage and then check out and refund the service we received was exemplary, cordial and informative. Excellent level of customer attention, even to asking if we had had a good holiday. I would like to thank JONATHAN MCCONNELL, Big Yellow Luton, for his time, explanation of the system and how self storage works, efficiency and attention to detail.

When I changed storage rooms, I was assisted by Edwin at Luton Big Yellow who could not have been more helpful. He did everything in his power to make the transaction pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. He is definitely an asset to the business. Please pass on my personal thanks.

We moved in on Sunday just before closing time thinking we still had another hour. A gentleman called Edwin was at reception and was extremely helpful. He should have turned us away and he didn't. Made sure we chose the correct unit. Having not used a storage unit before Edwin was really friendly and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you.

I am a bit disappointed that Big Yellow cannot give an overall price for their service that includes insurance and everything other cost element.

I would recommend finding other options first because storage units are expensive after going past the first 4 weeks discount

Johnny at the Luton branch was very helpful & took the time to explain all options without any pressure.

i was told because the room was compromised it has a discount, but that the manager would give me a deal on that price. When I came in book the room I was lucky to get 4 pounds, did not see this as a deal and the person who talked about the deal did not say a thing to confirm this.
