Excellent staff friendly with easy to follow information on how the system works

I have use BY many times in the past, so I knew the drill. However, the front desk part seemed to take forever.

It was really easy to use and book

Staff are very aproachable and so I felt happy to contact them on multiple occasions. They were also very knowledgeable about what they were doing so I felt confident leaving my belongings in storage with them.

Knowing the space needed to plan for cost could have been better
