I was all new to self-storage and admittedly quite stressed as well with a work relocation ahead of me. However, I couldn’t have been luckier: Christian was extremely friendly yet particularly professional when it came to explain all the various details/procedures, making it as seamless as possible and showing what “going the extra mile” and “representing the brand” really means.
