All really good. Staff friendly and helpful on Saturday. Only downside was the hidden insurance fee. Make this clearer, it puts a negative on what was otherwise a very positive experience - feels like you are trying to con people. I would have been happy knowing the cost up front.

‘I needed storage after my partner and I had broken up and I had moved from Leicester to Milton Keynes. My ex drove down from Leicester a big van of things and we had storage arranged somewhere else, unfortunately the owner of that facility completely forgot we were coming so consequently after waiting 2 hours for her to let us in, in desperation we sought alternative storage as the things had to be offloaded that day. After a phone call to Big Yellow we drove to Milton Keynes site where two brilliant members of staff, Brianne and Devon dealt with us in a very efficient, professional but also very sensitive and kind way. The whole day was extremely stressful and they couldn't do enough for us to help, nothing was too much trouble and Devon helped me pick the best locker for my needs and made sure it was exactly right. Everything was explained fully and I feel happy knowing my things are in safe hands. I cant fault the facility but the exemplary staff made this company exceptional which is so nice to find nowadays’
