The only slight complaint I have is that when I booked I explained wwe were emptying a 4 bed house.on arrival we were allocated a 125 unit which was far too small.luckily you had 1free 175 unit.apart from that,all good thanks

Very good service and plenty of choice for different size rooms. Sizes are deceiving though, you'll only get full capacity if you can pile things 2.5 meters high. Always get a size bigger than you think.

I have dealt with Georgina Leigh from my initial enquiry through to my reservation and subsequent rental of a unit. She has been amazing throughout and even when I arrived on the first day and decided the unit I had reserved was too small, Georgina was patient and so helpful finding and moving me onto a bigger unit. As the unit was basically for a complete house move, there has been a lot of stress moving everything out and into storage whist we we await the new house being ready but Georgina definitely made this part of the move stress free! So a big Thank you to her especially.
Very polite and informative. Help choose the right size
Initial enquiry dealt with very quickly and courteously; found Joe very helpful. The process for booking in - physically - took much longer than I expected and I think it would be good to tell people they could be there for up to an hour! Moving into storage was simple BUT we had to book additional storage space despite me triple checking during my booking that 200sq ft would be enough. It turns it out it wasn’t and we had the hassle and stress late on moving day, on Friday, of booking additional space. This was on a different floor to the original space and we therefore were charged a extra by the removals firm. So whilst most of the experience has been positive, we aren’t happy at the extra charges particularly given I stated several times my concerns about the size of the storage.
Handled very well with someone calling me back within an hour of my initial web enquiry Person on the phone was very helpful and informed and was able to guide me to the correct size of storage for my needs
