Excellent customer service, however online site did not make the payment requirements clear (was not clear that the 8 weeks needed to be paid upfront)

Upon my entry to the office, I was met with Jason who was very friendly, very helpful and he thoroughly explained the entire process in a simple and easy to understand manner. He took me through the entry and exit procedure and was very patient, taking his time to make sure I understood everything correctly.

Excellent. Georgina Leigh in the Milton Keynes branch was my sales assistant. She was great and extremely helpful.

The customer service was outstandingly good. JUSTIN was polite, courteous, pleasant, humorous and very helpful every step of the way, offering comprehensive help and advice all the time.

Georgi was fantastic as soon as she picked up the phone. She quickly understood my lack of experience and clearly explained the process, with great detail and to my specific needs. Georgi Made sure to help me book a space I needed, rather than letting me book excessive space which speaks volumes of her character and the businesses ethics.
