Easy and straightforward. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Initial enquiry was handled well by Jason with good info given on the phone and follow up email. When I subsequently visited the facility, Joe was helpful in showing us round, and I was pleased with the agreed price. The booking process was easy enough to do online. When completing the booking in person, Jason was helpful in explaining all the arrangements and doing the paperwork. On the day I moved my stuff in, Emma was lovely and made us a cup of tea.
