My dad dealt with all the initial booking etc so I cannot comment on that however I would like to say that the gentlemen you had in reception was fantastic, we were running slightly behind running trips from London and he helped us out massively. We are so thankful for him for allowing the experience to be less stressful.

I booked online and then went to unit to get a padlock and make sure I’d got enough space. When i arrived the front desk ladies were more or less expecting me! A quick introduction and we were off on a tour to my unit. Based on what I’d told them they showed me a slightly smaller unit which still met my needs, so they saved me a few quid. Explanation of security and access.. paperwork and I was out in 30-40 mins. New member of staff Georgina Leigh and her mentor dealt with me.
The initial enquiry and moving in was on the same day and made very easy and quick. It was very difficult circumstances that led us to needing the storage space and Emma Leo at Milton Keynes branch was extremely helpful, efficient and understanding.
