Very well and made clear

It took a very long time to do the paperwork, but the staff member Jason Simpson was very helpful and explained everything.

Spoke to a couple of people on the phone. I was going to go somewhere else but you price matched so came back to you as we have been customers for quite a few years previously. Went in and sorted all paperwork out with Jason and he was really nice, friendly and made it stress free considering I had my 5 month old with me.

I had a very welcoming person at the end of the phone when I called your HQ. The people at your Milton Keynes site were very welcoming too and they made the process of signing up and moving in very easy and explained all the details perfectly..

Quite straightforward and Emma made the whole process easy as well.
