The initial enquiry and moving in was on the same day and made very easy and quick. It was very difficult circumstances that led us to needing the storage space and Emma Leo at Milton Keynes branch was extremely helpful, efficient and understanding.
Very helpful
Very professional & friendly service from both Joe initially & Jason when we moved in.
The team in MK are fabulous
I would like to say dealing direct with Emma from your Milton Keynes Store, was such a memorable experience. She explained and made things so simple. Such a professional attitude and credit to The Big Yellow Storage team. Please can you pass on my appreciation and any reward & recognition to her would be most deserved. Thank You. Richard D'Souza.
Very straight forward, no fuss and quick to go through, Jason Simpson who assisted me on the day was very helpful.
Easy and straightforward. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Initial enquiry was handled well by Jason with good info given on the phone and follow up email. When I subsequently visited the facility, Joe was helpful in showing us round, and I was pleased with the agreed price. The booking process was easy enough to do online. When completing the booking in person, Jason was helpful in explaining all the arrangements and doing the paperwork. On the day I moved my stuff in, Emma was lovely and made us a cup of tea.
From initial enquiry to actually moving into the unit everything was handled very efficiently and time was taken to explain everything I needed to know and understand
The lady in your store looked after me very well All my questions were answered
