The manager made our re-introduction to Big Yellow feel like a real welcome home! He took particular care of my blind wife, so that she could share all the information, & clearly understood where there were hurdles to surmount. He made our initial visit/deposit easy, and was not only informative but had a very engaging personality which created a welcome relief from tension. He was very clear about safety and security matters, which as an ex-stores manager I particularly noticed, and made clear that the staff were particularly helpful with regard to disability matters. Both my wife and I also have mobility impairments so knowing that there are people on hand is very reassuring.
