The website was clear and easy to navigate. The personal service in Reception was excellent, We were greeted by friendly faces and everything we needed to know was made clear. We were first helped by Aqua, who helped us choose the right sized unit for our needs and explained the costs, etc., and on our return by Robyn, who completed the paperwork and helped us to negotiate the alarm, etc.
