The communication from Big Yellow staff was/is prompt, courteous and straightforward as well as their friendliness and the premises are secure, clean and tidy.

Very detailed and timely information prior to booking in, knowledgeable staff when we checked in. Jason, who booked us in was able to move our unit to the first floor as I'm not good with lifts. Very easy process and we were even able to get extended access on our move in date.

The process was very easy. The staff at the Milton Keynes branch were excellent and made sure I was happy with everything. Because I was unsure of my storage size required, the flexibility I was offered was ideal.
