First time using storage and must say wasn't disappointed at all. From the online quote to online check-in. I was handled by Jamie (Manager) and Oron and they exhibited great professionalism. And the refund is also superb and hassle-free! I think the online valuation for the goods to be stored should state categorically that the replacement value of the goods, should be new even though the item might be old. This will save valuable time in revaluation at the storage point. Even though it is in a good location, the Milton Keynes branch is not easily accessible by bus commuters but this is not an issue for those who drive. On the whole it has been a great service and a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if need be and also recommend them to others.

Good location, easy to arrange storage and access, helpful shop to purchase packing materials, staff who go the extra mile to really help sort you out - friendly, knowledgeable and very kind, thank you very much!

This is a perfect solution to our growing family needs, our child has outgrown the nursery furniture and the new baby is not due till next year so we dont need it for sometime. Babies have lots of extra stuff that take up lots of room and this way we can store them out of sight until needed. Very Happy.

The title says it all really. My Big Yellow store is convenient, plenty of parking and the staff are helpful. There are however 2 things I really dislike, the first being the loathsome toilets and the second being the appalling piped music played at anintrusive volume.

I have never dealt with a storage company before but I found that the staff were friendly, very helpfull and they made the whole process as easy and stress free as possible. This is the first time I've gone out of my way to comment on staff anywhere but I was so impressed. Thank you very much for all of your help.

Clean bright surroundings .Accessible and not intimidating .Particularly liked the movement sensitive lighting so there was always a pool of light wherever you walked in the building

I've used Yellow Storage three times now and will again. The service and facilities are excellent and the staff are always helpful - and cheerful!

Everything was very professional but the front gate got stuck open once during an out-of-hours visit, and the small plastic packing boxes I bought were not the best quality.

I have used The Big Yellow Storage a number of times , it is very clean, temperature controlled and secure and would not hesitate to recomend to others,the staff are very helpful.
