Very well handled - they recognised me as a past customer and found my details on the system, which, given I used the store 12 months previously I was very impressed by!

I called multiple times regarding inquiries and booking of a storage place. Adina and George were great. I went through a very smooth, well explained and easy process to check-in.

The New Cross team were (and continue to be) very friendly and very helpful. I have dealt with Mariola and George mostly and they are lovely people who explain everything perfectly. I did not expect front line service like this.
