My dealing with Big yellow self storage New Cross went without a hitch. Ben and Adina were absolutely awesome to deal with, pleasant, thorough and all round nice folks!

Ben and Mariola were both extremely friendly when I dealt with them yesterday. Ben explained all of the details of the unit and the contract in an easy to understand way, and both of them did a good job of managing people (including myself) who were waiting outside due to social distancing rules.

This is now the Second time that I have used this Storage Facility. This is mainly due to the Perfect Customer Service that I received on the first booking. There would be multiple paragraphs to fully detail this however the 3 main aspects have been: 1) Everything was perfectly set up for me by Adina for the first booking and she ensured that everything was Perfect! This took a lot of weight off my shoulders and simplified the whole process to a T! 2) Ben managed the Second Booking for me and he also managed this perfectly. It was a great process/service as everything was already set in stone on my account and he ensured that went down hill. He was even able to put me in a storage location that was ever so convenient (to further ease the process) and I think that this is a good thing to guarantee (is asked and maintained) going forward. 3) The Whole Team (Adina, George, Mariola, Scott and Ben all work absolute wonders and there is not a single bad point that I could draw! TeamWork makes the Dreams Work and this is a classic example of this. If it wasn't for this I wouldn't have continued as I have & this level of operation/service is something that needs to be ensured in all of the Big Yellow stores to ensure that everything moves forward in a Positive Manner! Moving into my Storage Space was ever so easy with all the bays perfectly organised and there was always one kept free! There was always a trolley available and the 'ease of use' of this system has never had a problem!
