I was very happy with the level of customer service especially being called about my reservation and given all useful information regarding my stay.
Really well - dealt mostly with George who was incredibly helpful throughout.
I made a reservation on line and immediately afterwards received a telephone call from a very polite young man, George, outlining the process,how much I would have to pay initially, the unit number and opening hours of the store. When I called in the following day George was very polite and respectful and he ran through the process again, showed me the unit, explained the entry and exit codes and then went through the signing up process. Throughout George was very efficient but chatty and friendly at the same time. A real asset to your business! His colleague Dave was also very friendly. I observed him dealing with other customers and his manner was polite and respectful.
The guys at the desk were really good. Nice, very helpful, quick on their feet. The process was very smooth and painless. They should get a raise.
I'd once have account with Big YELLOW self storage some months back. To my surprise, it took just few minutes to contact the area/ branch that l once had my previous account and my details were transferred to the current location where l wanted to register in a twinkle of an eye.
My latest experience was a return visit, but Everything was even more easy since I’d been a recent customer. So it was very easy. And George was exceptionally friendly and helpful when we were in the office
