From the inquiry to the booking and then the move, everything was straightforward and easy to do. Very quick to answer queries and questions on the booking and moving process.

Lovely members of staff! Mariola was fantastic! Upgraded my room, felt very covid safe and answers all my questions. Easy process, very happy. Will definitely be a returning customer!

It was a great experience, very professional even though the registration process does take a fair amount of time.

Everything was very well organised, efficient and the staff were helpful. Ben in the New Cross office was exemplary and made everything very easy. Would definitely use them again.

Online check in is so very useful and practical as the moving person. Team was brilliant all the way at initiation process.
