I initially I spoke to Alan over the phone, he had a good telephone manner and was very helpful. I called back several weeks later and spoke to George who was also just as helpful. These two calls were the reason I used your Company. I went to the store to register and was greeted by George who explained the process, I was honestly very impressed at his customer service skills, he put my mind at rest. I actually asked if there was a customer customer service form I could fill in, it's something I rarely do! These two young guys definitely had there finger on the pulse, well done!
