Personally, I find the very sales nature of the whole process extremely stressful. I hate being sold to. I'm already enquiring about your product, I don't need phone calls (that I haven't asked for) and continually reminders of how much things cost each time I speak to someone (which by the way, seem to differ every time and I'm sure they try and increase the quote even when the previous person I spoke to already reduced it). Just let your staff do customer service and don't make them sell sell sell, I feel sorry for them to be honest, just for a few extra quid in company pocket every week.

I was very impressed with the service from Adina and George at New Cross. They answered all my questions really quickly by email and were charming and very clear in person. Really pleased with the deal I got for my storage too.
