it was a bit surprising that i had to pay the entire eight weeks up front so i was grateful that someone from the store called me to warn me ahead of time.

Everything happened very quickly and easy. George and Francis were very friendly and had an answer to every question I asked

The team in the branch were excellent. Very knowledgeable and made the process incredibly easy.

Easy process whilst doing transaction of finding the perfect storage needed. Staff explained very well about the importance of the company’s policy rules. The staff were friendly and helpful in every way. Great team! This is why I’ve chosen to go to this storage for the second time round.

Was handled excellently. Very prompt and courteous. I understood everything very easily. Moving in to the storage space was brilliant, plenty of trolleys to use and easy to understand thanks to all the information and instructions given to us by Alan at the new cross store.

The team was brilliant. I started online but stopped, the team however followed it up and got me into using the storage. I really appreciate their passion for the work as well their tremendous support to us.
