Everyone I dealt with was super polite and friendly, and the pricing was really straightforward and transparent. The in-store staff were really pleasant, too.
My initial enquiry was handled very well. I was adequately informed on the process for moving in and guided on how to select appropriate storage. I was even put into contact with a man and van company when I asked for one. This is my first time using a storage and I was glad I chose big yellow because the enquiry process was fantastic!
