lovely staff especially Alan. Make the check in shorter though, for people hiring 'man and van' services they charge you for waiting time over 15 minutes so you should make the checkin under 15 minutes.

Was finalising storage for my sister - who sorted an initial arrangement but was now abroad - and was simply and efficiently taken through the steps to finalise the plans. Val lead me through the entire process, with George also on hand to help, with a very friendly and entirely approachable manner. Will recommend using Big Yellow again based entirely on my interaction with Val and George.

Talking with Lauren on the phone on the first day, was very brilliant, she explain adequately and found me the right space. Also meeting Val on the move in day was fantastic, all the routine was very smooth. he explain all the necessary procedures in a professional way. kudos to the 2 of them.
