Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Easy to use

The person helping me was courteous, helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Moving is quite stressful and his general approach made me feel more confident about choosing Yellow Storage. I was assisted by Val.

Everything very well organised, easy check in, great staff and reasonable prices. Val attended to us and was very attentive, clear and a pleasure to talk to! George has been very kind and served us a couple of cups of black coffe as welcome, much appreciated!

The process of selecting a storage unit and checking in on-line was easy. The experience on arrival at the store on Lewisham Way was excellent. George was very efficient in taking me through all the formal requirements and was friendly and engaging - excellent example of how to deliver customer service.
