Val was very friendly and helpful, couldn't have gone better. Really appreciate all he did.

Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and welcoming. More so on ‘move day’ in which Val (I think that is the name of the Hungarian guy) made the whole paperwork process a humuorous affair. He was also so happy to help and recommend an upgrade (was sorely needed!) at a great price.

The customer service from the sale assistance was excellent from the start to the end her name is missLauren from your new cross branch It would be a pleasure to recommend all my family's and friends to big yellow storages at new cross and ex specially to Lauren the person who assist me she was more than help full not only to me but all the other customer I watch her before approach her for her service

Because it's easy to get to (as I'm local) it's fairly simple procedure and got lots of variety.

The staff was very helpful, everything was organized and she explained every little bit about the procedure. They are friendly and served us coffee, tea and snacks.

Very simple, very clearly explained, no hassle, friendly and helpful staff. Price is competitive and access times are great too.

The process was straight forward, the website easy to use and Val at New Cross branch was amazing!
