From looking on the website to going into view and book renting a space was very easy and effortless and the staff at the new cross branch are very informative and very helpful.
Staff were fantastic, only downside is a little expensive (smallest storage room)

The staff Ernest and Lauran were extremely helpful and nice. Feedback for the company, (not staff as they were lovely) the additional price of insurance and lock perhaps should be advertised a little clearer on line as it was a surprise when I came into store.

Really amazing service! I interracted with Mr Daniel Dunbar and he truly makes finest example of what the Customer Care should be. It was my first time to use a storage so i was quite confused about how it works but he made it really easy for me to understand everything. He was very professional and patient, kind and had impeccable manners, I hope he is highly valued by your company as being the first point of contact he literally represents you and he does it amazingly well. Val was extremely welcoming and helpful, especially nice to have such lovely customer service when doing work that can leave people with nerves frayed by moving lots of stuff. The process, in general, was much smoother and hassle-free than I expected. I'm not normally the type to recommend stuff, but if I had a mate that needed to store stuff for a bit I'd definitely mention that Big Yellow made things easy.
processing was quick and simple, friendly and attentive staff, Val answered all my questions clearly both in person and over the phone.
Val was very helpful and explained everything throughly and the online check In made moving in very fast and easy.
From start to finish I found the customer service was great, everyone I spoke to was really friendly and really informative & a pleasure to deal with. Lauren guided me through my reservation and Daniel helped me with my check in. Both were great :)
