Easy check in. Friendly staff at head office when I initially booked and spoke to a lady on the phone. Very informative. In store, the staff were very friendly and made the experience easy and quick. George at the New Cross branch went the extra mile to make sure I had the best deal and all the information I needed. He was great and an amazing asset to your team. Made a huge difference to my experience.

Very, very easy and pain free

George, who helped me with everything was very friendly and extremely helpful. He showed how safe the building was, explained about how well built it was in case of fire, heavy storm etc. He really knew everything. Would recommend to anyone!
