It has done what i wanted form a self storage facility, and seems to provide a nice amount of securit. While the price is a bit steep, I am hoping I have bought quality. I would have liked a 'long stay' discount but oh well.

I found the entire operational process of storing very simple and practical. Storage facilities are good quality and Ernest who checked me and the other staff I spoke to put customer service first. A good team.
Very helpful and friendly staff, made the entire process very easy and clear as to what is expected of us and them.
The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make things easy for me. They explained everything very clearly and one of them even interrupted his lunch break so I wouldn't have to wait until the other staff member finished helping another customer. I would've been happy to wait, but he insisted. As I said, above and beyond. After that his colleague took over and I received the same level of high service.
