We were throughly guided and taken care of through each step of the process, fab customer service. David Knight was super friendly and made the whole experience easy and seamless.
The staff, particularly Lauren, were very friendly and kind which helped immensely in a distressing house move. I felt that I had found an angel, felt safe and secure with her and would not bother to look at Access which was recommended by a relative. The place was also clean and tidy and welcoming. I gave the score 9 only because I think that the checking in side of things could be improved upon particularly if one has taken the time to do a pre check in online which was approved. Overall, very good indeed!
