Everything went smoothly!

Val was very helpful and organised, even though I needed to register and put my business documents and library into storage at 4.30pm on a Friday. He also advised on the right insurance level to cover the monitor I needed to add at a later date. Great service.

I was able to reserve on very short notice, when I arrived the staff were incredibly helpful and very nice people. Ernest who was in charge of helping me was a real laugh and helped me sorting out the space I needed

i came into the yellow storage knackered from the heat and anxious because i have never had done anything remotely like this but i shouldn't of worried the two staff members that was in store went above and beyond to make sure that i understood the process and they even went as far as helping me find my storage box and give tips on how to store my stuff the first staff member was named Val who i found to be especially knowledgeable he knew what storage i needed without hesitation he also remembered me from the last time i had came which was months ago and i had been merely curious :) the second staff member Ernest also helped me considerably helping me find the storage box and gave tips on storage -he also was very friendly which helped put my nagging worries to rest since i was putting my possesions in someone else's hands sorry for the length of this reveiw but i truly would recommend and i personally prefer detailed reveiws p.s i would caution the staff members on one small issue however please put a sign letting people know they can still access their stuff if the reception is shut (maybe it is just me having a blonde moment but it took me ages to realize)

If they collect the items from the houses it would be better

I gave the score because 10 would be too high for the exhausting and demoralising experience of moving all of one's possessions. I only considered marking that highly because of the fantastic customer service and rye humour of your representative, Val. He really lightened the load. I did not need a padlock because I've done this elsewhere recently, but I did buy mattress covers and a sofa cover, which was more trouble that it was worth. I also found the online check in a good idea. The last thing you want to do on arrival is go through lengthy surveys.

Customer service was great. The customer service representative talked me through the whole process really clearly and explained how I could extend and answered all my questions.
