Lovely salesperson to deal with though storage a little expensive.

All members of staff at Big Yellow Storage have been informative, friendly, prompt and professional at all times from initial enquiry to moving in to the facility. Excellent all round.

It was very easy to deal with Big yellow storage. The stuff was helpful, nice, and friendly, and even advised to go for a smaller size room which was cheaper. On the day I still had a chance to check a few rooms and go for the one I preferred.

Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and welcoming. More so on ‘move day’ in which Val (I think that is the name of the Hungarian guy) made the whole paperwork process a humuorous affair. He was also so happy to help and recommend an upgrade (was sorely needed!) at a great price.
