Ernest was friendly, clear and direct with presenting your company (something I really appreciate in the UK, as I feel the UK lacks service and you need this approach to remain competitive). Also, the pricing and discount played a big part in our agreeement.

There was a bit of confusion in the build up with my booking. I needed to change the account name to my wife, and it wasn't clear how this needed to be done. On the day storage it still hadn't been resolved. Otherwise, I've been informed by my wife Nikita that the service at the New Cross branch was outstanding. Dean, especially, was supper helpful apparently. This is why my score is this high.

Excellent customer service. Easy to set up and both Ernest and Darren were fantastic and engaging people. Moving in was really simple and set up in such a way that there was very minimal effort needed

Staff were super helpful but it's not their fault if Big yellow choose to not provide stools, steps and other equipment to help facilitate the storing of belongings. Another company I've used on a number of occasions do provide these things because they understand that customers would need these. I chose Big Yellow because it's close to where I live.
