From initial booking, follow up phone call, packing materials available, clear instructions and clean unit upon moving in. Opened early to accommodate man with van booking. Confident my goods will be safe and secure. Personal service with contact details for when overseas. Very happy.

The facility is obviously built-for-purpose. It is immaculate. Every detail reflects the planning that went into its construction. The procedure for check-in, both on-line and on-site, is a model of efficiency. Val, the customer service agent, Val, was superb: highly-intelligent, extraordinarily welcoming, the model of clarity in explaining procedures, and very compassionate when he understood the reason behind my need for storage.

I have been served by Val, he showed me all the possible options, terms and conditions and processed everything in a nice an smooth way... he also made a coffee for me!
