From when I walked in the door I was made to feel comfortable, everything was explained clearly to me and I even got a cup of tea! I dealt with Ernest and he ensured I understood everything from beginning to end. A great pleasure to deal with someone like him!
I'd give 10 except that the fee for storage is quite high. I'd probably suggest shopping around first. But an excellent facility and customer service. I was served by Ernest at New Cross branch, who was excellent.
Erest and Darren was outstanding, Their customer service was outstanding. Howver the wesite was very misleading, stating that the unet is £22.00, and when i came down I was told that i had to pay in full?. The website need to let people know all this information a head of time. Nadine Webber
