Customer service was amazing, everyone I spoke to (on the phone and in person) was super friendly and helpful - with both questions to the storage as well as to the actual move. Also was made aware how to save money / that I can use a smaller storage space which I appreciate a lot!

The service was superb, with Val, our customer service agent, being the perfect mix of personable, funny and helpful. The check-in process isn't quick (but I appreciate necessary) and could've felt boring were it not for Val

Lauren was brilliant on reception - really helpful, clear and co-operative. 10/10. The only reason I put 8/10 was that in advance, people in the head office had said I would save 20 mins check-in time if I did it online in advance, so I did. But still, there was a lot of admin to sort, in more than one batch, which I hadn't expected. I guess it would be useful to know that it is still going to take 20 mins at least to go through all the paperwork once you get there, that's all.

The staff was very helpful and supportive. They actually helped me to save money giving me other options and advice. Specially Kat who made my day with her smile and positive vibes. Thanks a lot!

The staff at Big Yellow New cross were extremely helpful, especially Val, who guided me through the contract. As I was renting a storage space for the first time, he explained everything very clearly, which is much appreciated.
