I was helped by Ernest who was friendly and very knowledgeable. Offered me a cup of tea which was a very. Also showed me the unit and explaind the process which i found very helpful
The facilities are lovely, cool, clean, bright and the service from Val was efficient personal and helpful. The administration was completed swiftly. I forgot to twist the lock on my padlock and was going away the next day, we rang the office and Val was able to twist the padlock for me the following day. When I returned to store some more Val remembered me.
Val was super friendly, very helpful - listened to my needs and then helped me find a room and storage plan that was right for me. For my first time using storage this was very easy and even enjoyable.
