The staff were extremely patient with me, taking the time to over my options and make sure I got the unit that was right for me and at a good price. They were always very friendly and accommodating also.

Great customer service from Kat (i think that was her name). I needed a slightly different space to the one reserved; it was very quick and easy to sort this and she was able to give me a good deal all round. I was impressed by the unfussed, easy going approach.

I was so impressed with the customer service and the manner in which the advisors tried to make the whole experience of moving house less stressful The 50% discount was a big help too But I gave a score of 10 out of 10 because of Val Fabian who was absolutely fantastic to deal with and explained everything clearly and made the whole experience fun
